With clean hands, grab your waistbeads.

Take one end of the strand in each hand, you will notice there is either a anchor knot or a bead at the end of your waistbead. Make sure to not cut this part off until your waistbead is completely tied on.

Take your waistbeads and wrap it around your waist to see where you would like it to sit

Pull on anchor knot or bead until they loosen the slipknot and make room for the beads slide down (your beads wont slide off)

Place your strand on your waist again where you would like your waistbead to sit.

Adjust your waistbead by sliding the excess beads towards the end of the string. Be sure to not leave any gaps on your waistbeads.

When you are happy with where your strand is sitting, take one side and place over the other.

Pull top strand under and through in order to tie first knot

Tie 3-4 knots in order to ensure

Cut the excess string with the beads on it as close to the knot as you can
